Update your anti-virus software, then run your PC in safe mode (tap F8 at start up) and run a scan in safe mode and delete it.

If that won't work, thenhere's something on your PC making it run. Find out what it is and delete that as well. Like scan desktop icons and files and all that, or open Task Manager (Ctrl Alt Delete) open the "Processes" tab, then kill the process.
