Best security for optimum protection?

Currently, I am using the following:

Avast: runs continuously

Adaware: I must run once per hour

Spybot S %26 D: I run one every 2 days

Yahoo Anti-spy: I must run once every hour

Pop-up blocker: always on

Settings seem good, tracking cookies keep getting in.

Now, I am having major problems and need better security now. I certain I will need to purchase this.

Damage to display properties, control image, desktop, more.

Can you please advise, as I lost control of her this morning? I need to take action now.
