My antivirus is detecting all win32 files as virus ?

But these files are not virus these files include calc,all software currently i have installed avast %26 is disabled. I have tried no. of antivirus but the problem remains the same

Then all your win32 files are infected with virus. Virus don't necessarily have to be separate files, they can infect any file including windows ones.

The first thing you should do is backing up all the useful information from that computer, since it will very likely stop working any second.
Ok, one possible way to do this is go to your hard disc (usually C) go to C:/WINDOWS/sys32. The viruses were most likely created in C++ search all the folders for odd files that appear to have a random name. You should be able to spot out the good from bad by content. They will end in .exe but there will also be a C++ file with it. You do not nessicerly need to know C++ to understand it but it should have some bad commands in it and if you can sabotouge the commands or completly erase it by hitting backspace. Then do save as and save it as the bad program and it will end in .exe. But if the file is encrypted find out DOS commands online and in sys 32 it will be a black icon that will say CMD and maybee something else. Learn the open command in DOS which you can learn online and open the file with DOS. It should work because DOS is your computers command brain and it proccesses all comands. Do it quickly though.
