My computer just told me that I have a Trojan Horse on my computer.. HELP!?

I have the program Avast (security).. and it tells me the file name and recommends that I move it to a chest... I try to do that and it tells me the system file can not be found... can anyone help me so that I can avoid taking it in to get fixed?!!?? Thanks in advance....
