HELP!!! VERY BAD COMPUTER VIRUS, FIRST OF iTS KIND THAT I'VE EVER SEEN!!!??!?

I have absolutely no clue on what's wrong with my laptop. I've downloaded about three anti-virus/spyware programs (including norton, avast, and spyware doctor) and when run to their full potential non of them seem to find the problem. The problem is, is that the background of my computer seems to take the image of anything that i open and paste in on the background, then it distorts it so it looks all fuzzy... look at the pictures to see what im talking about...help would be very appricated, thank you!

Step 1) DON'T PANIC! Take a deep breath and go grab a cup of your favorite beverage. This may take awhile.

Step 2) Clean up your pc. Remove programs you don't use via the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. In Vista, you remove programs by clicking Programs and Features in the Control Panel.
