Is it "Can't Open" or really "Don't Open" https site.

If it is "Can't Open", maybe you want to check your IE or Mozilla for the restriction of cookie

IE: Internet Option =%26gt; Privacy =%26gt; under "Setting", lower the cookie restriction, high restriction will not allow https to go through
