Help! Computor Has Virus??

I have avast virus protection but when i scan you the computor it like stops at this one file and doesnt go on.

I need to get rid of the virus...How can i do this :(

Its getting me worried. Im on my brothers internet account

His works a bit. My computor account is going haywire...Nothing working.

Help! I think i got the virus when a porn website popped up and i got curious and accidently clicked on a add that looked like a video...And stupid me forgot to scan for virus after than...SO yea what can i do?
