I can't see the anything on my screen, start button nor shortcuts??

ok, I installed a new antivirus called avast, it's working good in the rest of my pc's, the only thing is that when u install that antuvirus it ask you " do u want to run a scan to ur pc after a reboot?" and I clickd yes but when it detected an infected file in the windows 32 folder I acepted to delet the file infected now when I want to turn on my pc it turns on but there is nothig but the arrow (--%26gt;) but the interesting thing is that sometimes everything appears, and works fine ( and I have notice that when I cancell the administrator session after that it let's me through !!! so I need help, dont tell me that I want u to search what I should couz I'm doing my best searching for that info in google and dowloading tutorials the last thing I want to do is reinstall the whole OS and programs but if there is no solution I'm gonna have to (a huevos, lol ), so if you can help me good but if you don't have the knowledge just let me thank you for reading my question, Thank you

what OS are you running? if it is a newer OS do a restore to a day before you installed then reinstall the virus scanner again but do not delete the file
