Keep pc running smoothly?

How do I keep my Pc running smoothly? is this all I need?

-I Scan it for Virus (Avast, Sometime Norton Internet Security for second).

-I Scan for Spyware (Spybot, AVG Anti-Spyware, Adaware 2--7)

-I Have SpywareBlaster for blocking Spyware

-I Clean the C Drive

-I Defregment my computer (IO bit defragment)

-Delete all the unecessary Start ups

-I think my router have a firewall already

-I use CCleaner and Advance WindowsCare Personal by IO bit.

- I Checkup for update for computer and all my virus %26 spyware program

- I use Mozilla Firefox if IE i have yahoo toolbar

anything else i need?

run Check Disk ("Scan for errors" in Windows) before you defrag.

Did I read that correctly: You have both Avast and Norton Internet Security? You don't want to run two resident anti-virus programs, they can conflict. I think Bitdefender8 can be used as an on-demand scanner, you might want to look into that instead.
