Tried Norton, Avast, AVG, and PC Trend.

Its not overheating.

Easy, run the anti-virus in Safe Mode, use Safe Mode with Networking and do an "online scan" as well.

I saw that virus a few years or so back, didn't think it was around anymore. My uncle got it through a Casino website, cant remember the name of it.
