My mails are marked spam for the below reason. Can anybody help?

Stock-spam forged headers found (5510)

This is the main reason why the mails are marked as spam. Does anybody know why this is happening. I use outlook express. I have avast antivirus installed in the system with XP home OS.

Use the browsers alone to check the emails not the outlook express to do so because outlook express has to physically download the emails into the computer so you are inviting the computer to be infected

Hi, firstly I need to understand which mail provider you has choosing?

if yahoo or hotmail then reason may as below :-

1. normally you will found in your bulk mail box will seeing some body email address like k.samy@yahoo.com then the subject is : "hi" or "file" or " hello" this kind of spam , actually that server already filter by their mail system.

2. the spam will depending on the subject title (headers) and the email address to generate the analysis to the system. if more than a amount person click this message as spam, then the email address and the title may add in to the filter lists so may make your email address become the "bad listed" .

3. maybe one way can help your email out of spam, ask your friends or client when seeing your mails are into spam box or bulk box ask them open the message and mark you "not junk" or "not spam". next time it will auto select into the inbox.

4. other way please send the email to your email provider customer centre tell them the reason, their may through the system to help you solve this problem.

P/S: Yahoo and Hotmail customer service centre people will give you some solution it also can try for it.
