Windows Mail Virus???

I have dial up connection. In one week, I will be getting cable. But for now, every time I click on windows mail, it disconnects my dial up connection. I don't have any problems doing anything else like surfing the net or reading my Yahoo or G mail. I have done a full scan w/ my Avast 4.8 home edition and Windows defender in safe mode and after I log in. I've also used Ccleaner to clean files and used the registry cleaner, and also did a defrag. My ISP said that there was nothing wrong on their end. I have Windows Vista Basic. Is it possible that something else is wrong besides having a virus doing this? Any help and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

well, you can use some help from pcaholic. com

plenty of computer guide for you!

free software available for you too
Check your "internet settings" in the email setup... make sure it is set to "never dial"... It's probably not even looking to see if it's connected before trying to dial...
