I have tried to download different programs that are made to remove Files-Secure, but they don't seem to work. I have run both anti-spyware programs on my computer (Avast Anti-Virus and Spybot Search and Destroy), both of which are actually very good programs, I've found, but they don't fix this problem. I don't even know how Files-Secure got on my computer in the first place...
Anyway, all the sites I have come across give me very difficult and unclear manual removal instructions. I'm not a total computer whiz, so I found them to all be pretty hard to understand. I know that Files-Secure is something I can remove on my own, but is there ANYONE out there that can give me simple and concise instructions on how how to get this damn thing off?! Or at least tell me a free program that you have used and that worked really well?

anti spyware and anti virus you got are reputable and good. as they can't delete Files Secure, i guess that it's just a matter of time, they will be able to remove this parasite after a day or two. i can suggest you another manual removal: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-files-se...
