Computer issues?

my computer is pretty slow, but it used to be quite fast

ive used multiple virus scanners, like spybot search %26 destroy, ad-aware, avast!, and i even paid $40 for norton.......i did a disk refrag and i use ccleaner to clean junk off......but its still slow....what can i do?

dont run two or three different antiviruses together - remove them. Only run one. Clean them all off and try www.bitdfender.co.za - its a remarkable product. Im using it and also download ccleaner which will speed up your pc. works like a bomb for me
Your problem is simply age of hard drive.

It's probably full of viruses, malware, etc which cannot be detected by scanners.

Reformat your hard drive.
If your virus/spyware free, there are a couple things you can do get your computer working faster. If you using your computer for normal stuff and not gaming. You don't always need more RAM you just need to perform a few maintenance task.

First, if you haven't cleaned your registry in a while. This is necessary. Your registry holds all the information regarding updates, installs, un-installs etc. Each one of those events produces a key. That key needs your PC's resources and free space. So, if you clean your registry, you make more resources available for speed. Do a registry scan if you got more than 20 errors you should clean it.
