i have spybot and avast but i still get this one pop up all the time its say internet speed at bottom when it comes up, and i also have my pop up blocker on in the toolbar?

Internet Speed Monitor Popup is caused by Adware.BndDrive. This malware installs a BHO in IE browser, when you start Windows or open IE window, the "internet speed monitor" window keeps poping up.
Run your antispyware programs making sure your IE browser is not connected to the net.
Try Mozilla fire fox browser it has a default pop up blocker in it and see if it helps .
