I have a virus on my computer so i tried to download avast but the thing is the virus wont let me even install the program as it closes it before i can do anything. What the hell am i supposed to do?

You are SUPPOSED to invest in a proper security suite from a reliable vendor (like McAfee) and ensure it is properly configured and completely up to date IN ADVANCE so that you will not infect yourself with any malware. That is what you are supposed to do.
If you have ALLOWED yourself to become infected then you either get a professional to properly assess the situation to see if it can be resolved with minimal data loss or whether total data loss is necessary and then you have them properly configure the system with proper security and learn from your mistakes.
If you had the technical skills to troubleshoot the system yourself (in which case you wouldnt be in this position) you might try to determine which malware you've infected yourself with to see if it has removal instructions available and then follow them...but you would also have to have the common sense to weed through all the many rogue malicious programs and tools and wrong information out there.
